    • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged:

    • Perishable products (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, eggs)
    • Custom-made or personalized items
    • Gift cards

    3. Defective or Damaged Items

    If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

    4. Return Process

    To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    • Provide your order details and a detailed description of the issue or reason for return.

    5. Refunds

    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. 

    6. Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please specify the replacement item when you contact us. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the excess or request payment for the difference.

    7. In-Store Returns

    You can return online purchases to our physical store location. Please bring your proof of purchase and the item you wish to return or exchange.
