The Longhorn Smokehouse is a true BBQ Farm to Fork Experience, located on Moores Farms at 497 Pinehurst Rd, Ayr - just outside of Paris ON and across from Pinehurst Lake.

With Farmer Alan Moore's passion for the craft of smoking farm fresh quality meats and treats, and wife Nancy Moore's extensive experience in the culinary and business world, combined with their shared love for Longhorn Cattle -The Longhorn Smokehouse was born.

2026 marks our 3rd year in service offering a seasonal food truck experience, year round catering, in store prepared meals and holiday prepared family meals.

We have a passionate team committed to serving our community high quality fresh produce and meats at a fair and affordable price.

This year we plan to expand our capacity to hold space for you to join us at the farm with your friends and family with a kids corral filled with games for the kids, an expanded seating area, berries to pick,fresh meats and produce from the farm, and Longhorn cattle to say hi to or feed and last but not least DELICIOUS TEXAS INSPIRED SMOKED BBQ flavours to enjoy!
